--SS Josh Wilson was purchased from Class AAA Reno to fill SS Drew's spot on the major league roster and made his 2009 debut as a pinch-runner Sunday. Wilson, 28, has played 116 major leagues games with Florida, Washington and Tampa Bay. By adding Wilson, the D-backs reached their 40-man roster limit.
